Who We Are
A new company with experienced mentors and dynamic young people
Zarcaplas was started in 2020 by Zanele and Roger Kauerauf with a plan to produce plastic parts in an environmentally responsible manner. With a team of dedicated and self-motivated staff, using low-energy machines and recycled materials wherever appropriate, we aim to contribute to a circular economy in plastics.

Sales & Marketing
Zanele is a Capetonian, has years of sales and marketing experience and is completing a degree in Retail management.
Roger Kauerauf
Factory Manager
Originally from Johannesburg, Roger is german-speaking, has a diploma in Plastics Technology and has been in the industry since 1979.
Gavin Lewis
Designer, Toolroom Manager, Troubleshooter
A Capetonian, his vast experience gained around SA during 45 years in toolmaking and moulding, Gavin is able to design,build, modify and repair most complicated moulds.
