Proudly based in Cape Town, South Africa, Zarcaplas (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic plastic injection moulding and precision toolmaking company that blends decades of industry expertise with innovative, youthful energy. Founded in 2019, we specialise in producing high-quality plastic components.
We operate energy-efficient injection moulding machines equipped with pick-and-place robots, capable of 24/7 automated production. We incorporate recycled materials where feasible and maintain strict quality control to ensure consistent, sustainable, and reliable production.

Precision toolroom with 3-axis vertical CNC milling, CNC turning, surface grinding and EDM electrode sparking. Moulds up to 450 × 800 × 520 mm – capable of complex geometries, advanced surfaces and split lines.
Material Selection
Expert guidance in polymer selection to balance strength, durability, cost-effectiveness, and recyclability.

Injection Moulding
60T to 260T clamp force, up to 750g shot weight. Scalable production with state-of-the-art quality control. 2K injection moulding: 160T rotary table IMM with 72g & 117g injection units.
